NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — One man was killed and another man was injured Monday night in a car crash in Niagara Falls, according to the Niagara Falls Police Department.
Police say Fontez Watts, 42, was driving a Kia Sedona eastbound on Niagara Falls Boulevard when his car crossed the center lane and hit an oncoming vehicle.
Watts was taken to ECMC where he later died from his injuries.
Police say the driver of the other vehicle — a 35-year-old Niagara Falls man — is being treated for several broken bones, but will recover from his physical injuries in about 12 weeks.
Police are still investigating the crash.
