West Seneca Police seek help in finding robbery suspect

Police say the robbery happened at 11:48 a.m. Saturday at the M&T Bank at 10 Slade Avenue, just east of I-90.

WEST SENECA, N.Y. — West Seneca Police are searching for a robbery suspect and are asking the public for help.

Police say the robbery happened at 11:48 a.m. Saturday, at the M&T Bank branch at 10 Slade Avenue, just east of I-90.

West Seneca Police describe the suspect as a white male, roughly 25 to 30 years old, about 5-feet-8 to 6-feet tall, with a thin build, clean-shaven, and wearing dark-rimmed glasses.

Police say no weapon was shown, and that he handed the teller a note, demanding money. He left with an unknown amount of cash, and was seen fleeing north, on foot, toward residences along Slade Avenue and toward Potter Road.
