BUFFALO, N.Y. — With the Buffalo digging out from back-to-back lake effect snow storms, the city announced that all parking regulations will resume on Sunday.
That news includes South Buffalo, Kaisertown, Lovejoy, and the Old First Ward, where crews have spent days attempting to clear roads in areas that recorded some of Western New York's highest snow totals during the past week.
Sanitation and recycling schedules will also return to normal next week, after being delayed by one day this week.
"Heavy equipment is still plowing and hauling snow including large snow mounds or piles in different parts of the city. Residents are asked to use caution," the city said in a statement.
Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown urged residents to stay informed by signing up for BuffAlert. Text your zip code to 38276 to enroll.
