ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — When Taylor Swift arrived at the Buffalo airport, and then made it to Orchard Park to watch the Bills playoff game, social media — predictably — was quick to respond.
It was something Bills fans had talked about all week, whether it was her 2008 concert at the Erie County Fair, her Western New York connections, pregame dance parties, "Taygate" tribute shows, or even simply gameday playlists.
Swift arrived by private plane around 4:15 at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, then quickly departed for Highmark Stadium for the 6:30 p.m. AFC divisional round playoff game. She's dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Swift arrived at Highmark Stadium around 5 p.m. amid fanfare from Bills and Chiefs fans alike.
Online, the response to her appearance in Orchard Park was, in a word, swift.
