ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — LeBron James announced Wednesday that he's taking a break from social media.
James has used his platform to raise awareness of a number of serious or complex issues, but he's also used it to express his fandom, particularly when it comes to other world-class athletes. That includes Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
So, with James stepping away for the moment, 2 On Your Side decided to take a dive through James' feed on X — formerly known as Twitter — to find all the times LeBron mentioned Bills Mafia's favorite quarterback. He's mentioned Allen three times in the past three years, though obviously, he might not mention the MVP candidate anytime soon with this break.

This post was made in the opening moments of the Bills' decisive 47-10 home victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football. Allen completed 23 of 30 passes for 263 yards and four touchdowns. He also ran six times for 44 yards, leaving LeBron to marvel at that prime-time performance.

During a 25-20 loss in London to the Jaguars, the Bills faced a second-and-4 from the Jacksonville 25. During the broadcast you could hear Josh Allen shout "LeBron James" to his teammates, leading to the obvious question.
"I wonder what that 'LeBron James' audible Josh Allen yelled out meant. LOL," James posted to social media, referring to the audible. The play itself was an incomplete pass by Allen, who completed 27 of 40 passes for 359 yards and two touchdowns. He threw an interception and also ran for a 3-yard score.

James spotted a comment by @CuffsTheLegend, who said "the Browns of Cleveland really passed on Josh Allen twice. Life changing fumble." That post was made just days before the first NFL Sunday of that season.
"Please don't do this!! Josh Allen is so GOOD man!!" James pleaded.
