ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills were awarded a fourth-round compensation pick by the NFL on Friday, meaning they will go into next month's NFL Draft with 11 selections to make.
This year's draft will be held April 25-27 in Detroit, and at least for now, this is where the Bills will pick:
- Round 1, No. 28 overall
- Round 2, No. 60
- Round 4, No. 127
- Round 4, No. 133 (compensatory selection)
- Round 5, No. 143 from Chicago (Ryan Bates trade)
- Round 5, No. 159 from Green Bay (Rasul Douglas trade)

"Compensatory free agents are determined by a formula based on salary, playing time and postseason honors," the NFL said in a statement Friday, announcing that 14 teams will receive a total of 34 compensatory draft selections.
