ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Matt Milano keeps moving closer and closer to playing in his first NFL game in more than a year.
The 2022 All-pro linebacker was listed as full participant in Thursday's practice in Orchard Park.
Milano's 2023 season ended in Week 5 in London with a leg injury. Then back in mid-August, he suffered a bicep tear, which forced him to sit some more.
"Probably what you would expect just in terms of getting back into the flow, endurance, because he hasn’t played football in quite some time, so really just trying to take it one day at a time, one play at a time. Not to sound like it’s coach-speak, but that’s really what we’re looking at," Bills coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday during a news conference.
