LANCASTER, N.Y. — A 39-year-old woman from the Syracuse area was arrested for a DWI Friday with two young kids in her car, according to the New York State Police.
When Nicole Brown was pulled over on Interstate 90 she was found to have a BAC .10 over the legal limit. She was also driving with a 5-year-old and 8-year-old in the car.
The children were released to a responsible party and Brown was taken into custody. She was released and faces felony DWI charges. She will return to the Town of Lancaster Court on January 28.
