SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. — A Williamsville man pleaded not guilty to his involvement in an accident over the summer that killed one person and injured three others.
Frank Cartonia, 87, is charged with one count of reckless endangerment for the crash at the Springville Auction in June.
Four people were injured, including Howard Weiss, 63, of Buffalo who later died from his injuries at ECMC.
Cartonia is due back in court in January. If convicted of the charge, he faces up to one year in jail.
