Funeral set for parents of Allegany County teen charged with murder, manslaughter

A funeral has been set for William Larson Sr. and Lisa Larson, who had been considered missing since a house fire was reported early Thursday.

CLARKSVILLE, N.Y. — A funeral has been set for William Larson Sr. and Lisa Larson, who had been considered missing since a house fire was reported early Thursday in Allegany County.

William J. Larson, Jr., 17, of Clarksville on Friday was charged with two counts of second-degree murder and two counts first-degree manslaughter.

New York State Police identified Larson's parents as victims Sunday, following last week's fire. Lisa Larson was 50 years old. William Larson Sr. was 67.

According to the criminal complaint, which contained redacted names, the victims were shot with a rifle on November 5 in the driveway of the Cortney Hollow Road home.

The funeral will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service Inc. in Cuba.
