'Dress the Teachers' is back for another year, free clothing giveaway

St. Brian Clothiers will host the menswear giveaway on Thursday, August 29.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Before another school year starts, 'Dress the Teachers' clothing giveaway has returned for a second year. The nonprofit St. Brian Clothiers will make sure more local teachers are well dressed for success, at no cost to them.

The afternoon of unlimited free shopping is scheduled for Thursday, August 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Teachers can expect to find men's clothing including suits, blazers, dress shirts, shoes, ties, belts, and other items.

"This event is one of the most important campaigns that we conduct during the year because teachers are such an important part of the success of our children and far too often they have to spend out of their own pockets to provide resources for their students" St Brian Clothiers founder, Dewitt Lee says

"With so much of the focus, rightfully so, on making sure that children are ready to begin school, we feel it is very important for the teachers to be just as supported and serviced so that they can start the year feeling appreciated and dressed in the very best," St. Brian Clothiers founder Dewitt Lee said.

Roswell Park has partnered with St Brian Clothiers this year to give a space for the event. They're also conducting their own clothing drive among the doctors and staff on team. The giveaway will set up shop at the Community Outreach and Engagement Center at 907 Michigan Avenue.

To RSVP for the giveaway or send over donations for St. Brian Clothiers, you can reach out to Lee at (716)-787-2543 or StBriansClothiers@gmail.com.
