BUFFALO, N.Y. — A car crash led to the temporary closing of a Buffalo public library.
The East Clinton Branch Library did not provide any other details about the accident, but small part of the building was boarded up and cracked Friday after the crash.
The library at 1929 Clinton St. did not provide any details on when the crash happened, adding that it will provide an update when the branch is ready to open its doors again.
Just last month, it was announced that the East Clinton Branch Library would receive $346,792 from New York State 2024 capital funds. The money will fund the replacement of windows, storefronts, original exterior doors, and floor tiles.
