BATAVIA, N.Y. — A teenager has been arrested for allegedly breaking into an apartment in Batavia and stealing a debit card, according to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.
Police say Jahmall L. Barnes, 19, was arrested on Saturday following an investigation.
Barnes was arraigned at the Batavia Town Court for burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree. He has been released under supervision of Genesee Justice.
Barnes is schedule to appear at the Batavia Town Court on December 16.
