BUFFALO, N.Y. — One man is in the hospital after a shooting on New Year's Day.
According to Buffalo Police, the shooting happened on Main Street and Merrimac Street.
Northeast District officers responded to the scene just after 3:30 a.m. Monday and discovered an 18-year-old man who had been shot outside.
According to Buffalo Police, the man was taken to ECMC by ambulance with injuries that appear to be serious.
