DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — Six people are facing charges after recent concerts at Darien Lake Amphitheater.
Five arrests happened at Pitbull concert on Sept. 6, and the other took place on Sept. 17 at the Outlaw Music Festival, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said.
Three people faced criminal trespass charges following the Pitbull concert: an 18-year-old woman from Java, a 20-year-old woman from Rochester, and a 21-year-old man from Batavia. They allegedly re-entered the venue after being ejected from the concert.
Another Pitbull concert arrest involved a 51-year-old man from North Tonawanda. He faced a harassment charge after he allegedly struck another person.
All four people appeared in Darien Town Court earlier this week. Previously, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said an 18-year-old Eden man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
More recently, a 67-year-old Williamsville man was charged with harassment after allegedly hitting someone during the Outlaw Music Festival on Tuesday night. He is scheduled to appear Oct. 8 in Darien Town Court.
