DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — One person was arrested following the Pitbull concert Friday night at Darien Lake Amphitheater.
Charges faced by the 18-year-old Eden man include driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while impaired. The arrest followed a traffic complaint after the concert, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said Saturday.
Police issued the man an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear Sept. 24 in Town of Darien Court.
