LEWISTON, N.Y. — Another school district in Western New York is investigation a concerning message shared on social media.
The Lewiston- Porter Central School District superintendent sent a message to parents and staff about a concerning Snapchat message that was received by a student at the Lewiston-Porter Middle School.
According to message from Superintendent Paul Casseri, the message mentioned recent incidents at other schools and eluded to future events at schools in general.
Casseri said the message was not a direct threat to the Lewiston-Porter campus, but that the message could upset anyone that receives the message.
