HAMBURG, N.Y. — Buffalo-based Benderson Development will not be the new owner of the McKinley Mall in Hamburg.
That is according to Mike Kohan of Kohan Retail Investment Group, who purchased the site through an LLC for $8.5 million in a sale that was finalized fall 2021.
He told Buffalo Business First on Oct. 23 that he was in talks with Benderson Development about buying the mall site, but the deal was not final at that time.
On March 13, Kohan said the sale is currently out of contract, but he did not elaborate.
