HAMBURG, N.Y. — With construction underway for a second site in Clarence, Mister Sizzle's has begun work on a third location — this one in Hamburg.
The Buffalo smash burger restaurant has leased the 4,000-square-foot space vacated in December by Juicy Burger Bar at 1 Buffalo St. in the Village of Hamburg after eight years in business.
Casey Cassas, who owns the business with her chef husband Chris, confirmed the new space should be open by summer, offering dine-in seating for 100.
The expansion coincides with a new location at 6409 Transit Road in Clarence, which is slated to open this summer in a former Northwest Bank branch.
