Bills executive sells Orchard Park house for $1.35M

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane and his wife, Hayley, have sold an Orchard Park home for $1.35 million.

The couple sold the property at 60 Birdsong Parkway to Himanshu Rajpal, according to a Nov. 16 filing with the Erie County Clerk's office.

The Beanes bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home back in 2017. The home has an indoor pool and basketball court, according to the property listing.

Real estate agent Christopher Welch of Century 21 represented the sellers, while Nicholas Corto of Hunt Real Estate represented the buyer. The Beanes listed the property in May, initially asking $1.8 million.
