BUFFALO, N.Y. — Preparations are underway at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center in downtown Buffalo for this year's auto show.
It was move-in day Saturday for all the cars that will be on display this year, and it's a lot more difficult than you may think to get all the cars inside the convention center.
"Most people think we just drive cars on a car pit and the show begins, we wish it was that easy," said Paul Stasiak, the president of the Niagara Frontier Automobile Dealers Association.
"Today's the fun part. It's trying to get things around corners, through kitchens, down freight elevators and finding a spot for every car to look pretty come Wednesday."
The auto show opens February 6 and runs through February 9. The preview gala will be held on Wednesday. The auto show runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. the first three days, then closes at 7 p.m. Sunday.
