BUFFALO, N.Y. — As a line of showers and storms intensified across the Southern Tier and northern Pennsylvania Monday afternoon, the Storm Prediction Center issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of Pennsylvania.
The Severe Thunderstorm Watch and Warnings have since been allowed to expire.
Storm will track from west to east early in the evening, with the severe threat moving out of this region quite early. Then as temperatures fall and storms move out, rain will transitions to snow.
