BUFFALO, N.Y. — All active warnings have been allowed to expire, however we still have nasty thunderstorms that are rolling across the Southern Tier and northern PA. We could still see another warning or two before just spotty showers heading into tonight.
According to National Grid and NYSEG, nearly 10,000 customers in the area are without power as of 4:55 pm Saturday.
