Frost Advisory for most of WNY

Frost is expected to develop once again later Thursday night and into Friday morning.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Chilly night with areas of frost once again into the morning, lows in the mid to low 30s under mainly clear skies.

A Frost Advisory has been issued for most of Western New York from 8 p.m. Thursday until 10 a.m. Friday as temperatures are expected to drop to the mid to low 30s. 

Cattaraugus and Allegany counties are not included because the growing season has ended there.  

Frost can kill sensitive plants if left unprotected.

Frosty start for Friday but highs will be milder in the mid 60s under sunny skies. Mainly clear night, low 43.

It will be close to 70° over the weekend, with sunshine.
