BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Flood Watch for Potter County in Northern PA until 8 pm Sunday night was allowed to expire. Excessive rainfall at times with flooding possible was a concern, especially for potential excessive runoff resulting in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone areas mainly.
A Flood Advisory for parts of the county earlier in the day was no longer in effect.
Rain and thunderstorms with heavy downpours were possible at times through the evening. Then scattered showers later Sunday night into Monday morning.
