BUFFALO, N.Y. — We are three weeks into the month of July and so far it is been very warm and dry.

Out of the 21 days this month, 16 of them have had high temperatures in the 80's and 90's including a nine-day stretch of 80° weather which should come to an end on Monday.

For the month, the average temperature is about 3 ½° above average.

The month has also been quite dry with only about an inch of rainfall so far, which is 50% of normal. It has only rained three days this month.

For the rest of this week, it looks like temperatures will be just a little bit below average with temperatures trending above average by the weekend.

Our dry stretch is looking to continue as well, with a few more showers expected Monday then dry weather through early next week.
