BUFFALO, N.Y. — Runners in the YMCA Turkey Trot will have mild running conditions and the race should wrap up before the next round of steady rain moves in.
While a few showers did move through Western New York early this morning, weather conditions should cooperate for the annual Turkey Trot in downtown Buffalo. While it should be mainly dry a few raindrops are possible
Winds will be out of the southwest at 10 to 15 mph.
And as for that rain chance, a stray shower is possible but it should be drier mid-morning to noon. It's later in the afternoon when the next round of showers will move in and become more widespread Thursday night. These are associated with the next weather system that could bring snow too for Friday.
