BUFFALO, N.Y. — A plan is being reviewed on how the NFTA can improve its para-transit access line service.
The NFTA plans to simplify service hours and increase service for people dealing with disabilities by the end of the decade.
However, the NFTA says it can't expand until staffing, its fleet, and maintenance challenges are solved.
They held a public meeting Wednesday evening for people to talk about their transportation needs.
Officials with the NFTA say they will do everything they can to make sure people who rely on para-transit services can get to where they need to go.
