BUFFALO, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Transportation has issued an advisory for drivers planning to take the outbound Kensington Expressway today and Thursday.
The Dodge Street overpass sign installation will be taking place starting on Wednesday, October 25 until Thursday, October 26 from 11:00 am. until 6:00 pm.
Route 33 in the City of Buffalo from Best Street to East Delevan will be closed. Eastbound drivers are advised to follow the posted detour off the Best Street ramp.
There will be a temporary traffic signal on Dodge Street over the Kensington Expressway for alternating traffic restricted one-lane.
Officials remind drivers to slow down and drive responsibly when in a work zone, otherwise there could be doubled fines for speeding.
