CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — The Outbound 33 at Dick Road in Cheektowaga was closed for more than seven hours after an 18-wheeler was involved in an accident at Genesee Street.
Traffic backed up to Union Road, and the congestion continued for hours, past the rush-hour traffic.
