BUFFALO, N.Y. — A tractor trailer crash is currently backing up traffic on the I-190 North near Seneca Street.
The tractor trailer is on the right shoulder and blocking the right lane at the end of the ramp from Seneca Street.
Traffic is moving slowly. No word yet on any injuries.
