BUFFALO, N.Y. — A car crash on 219 north from Milestrip Road caused some backups Wednesday morning.
Traffic Tracker 2's Dave Cash says the minor 2-car crash on the right shoulder before Ridge Road brought traffic to almost a standstill.
The accident was cleared just after 7am.
