Buffalo native Chad Kelly is facing more legal troubles.
The backup QB for the Indianapolis Colts is being sued by a photographer who says Kelly broke his nose at a Halloween Party in October 2018.
The lawsuit was reported by TMZ.
According to the article, the photographer, Jackson Belcher, claims Kelly punched him in the nose, which left him with a broken nose and concussion and resulted in him going through four surgeries.
It is the same night that Kelly was arrested for illegally entering a home and was chased out by the resident. He was arrested by police a short while later. TMZ obtained video of Kelly being held in a cell at a police station after his arrest. You can see him crying and praying in the video.
Kelly is a Western New York native and the nephew of Hall of Fame quarterback, Jim Kelly.
