BUFFALO, N.Y. — Garden Walk Buffalo is looking for artwork to promote the 2025 Garden Walk.
Artists can share their original artwork that will be seen by thousands of local gardeners and visitors, not just in Buffalo, but across the country and Canada.
Artists can submit any form of painting, drawings, photography, illustrations, sculpture, or mixed media artwork.
Here are some of the requirements:
- Submissions are limited to five entries per artist
- Portrait, or vertical, orientation is preferred
- Keep in mind the image needs to be reproduced on a variety of materials, keep it simply. They also request that you do not put any logos or type on the artwork. Details of the event will be added later.
- Artwork should be 'wearable' and 'saleable' to everyone. Artwork will be reprinted on multiple items that will be sold to promote the garden walk. All use of the artwork will be at the sole discretion of Garden Walk Buffalo.
- Submit a digital file of your artwork, not to exceed 25 MB. Please zip/compress large files. The preferred size of the file is 8”×10” inches at 300 dpi.
- You should also include a biography of yourself and explain why you think your artwork is appropriate for the Garden Walk Buffalo.
One winner will be selected and featured in the 2025 Garden Walk Buffalo poster. The winner will also receive $1,000.
The Garden Walk Buffalo, which is one of the largest in the country, will be held July 26 and July 27, 2025 from 10am-4pm.
