PARIS, France — Matt Anderson and the Team USA Volleyball team won the bronze medal Friday with a win over Italy.
A video that he posted on Instagram shows his kids shows his kids, Jamie and Juno, on the court celebrating with the team after the match.
Anderson is now a two-time bronze medalist in four trips to the Summer Olympics. 2 On Your Side asked Anderson if he'll try to compete in a fifth games, with the 2028 Olympics taking place in Los Angeles, being in his home country.
"I'm not writing it off," Anderson said. "I'm not saying no. I'm also not saying yes. Four years is a long time to be committed toward something, and the Olympics does require that. Also, I have two young kids. One is four and a half, one is just over two, and I want to be present for them as much as I can be."
Before the games, Matt said that he hoped to return to Western New York to show fans in his hometown his Olympic medal.
