BUFFALO, NY-- The Buffalo Sabres announced a new ticket pricing model for all Sabres' home games for the 2016-17 season.
The Sabres have partnered with Qcue, a company based in Texas that works with sports and entertainment organizations.
The games will be categorized into three tiers, based on 'opponent, time of the year, day of the week, rivalries and games against marquee players'.
Depending on demand, the price of each individual game ticket could rise or fall. It the box-office price decreases, it will not fall below season ticket prices according to the Sabres.
Tickets to single-games during the regular season go on sale September 17 at 10 a.m.
Tickets for 2016 preseason games go on sale today at 10 a.m.
