BUFFALO, N.Y. - Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane missed practice on Monday according to head coach Dan Bylsma.

Bylsma says Kane will not play Tuesday night in Ottawa, and added in comments to reporters that the team is dealing with the matter internally.

It is not clear why Kane was not at practice on Monday. Following Sunday's 4-1 victory over Colorado in Buffalo, Kane was seen at the NBA all star game in Toronto on Sunday. He shared a few pictures on his instagram account.

Coach Bylsma: Evander Kane missed practice. Broke a team rule. We will be dealing with it internally.
