BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Sabres announced Thursday afternoon that Filip Cederqvist has been traded to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for future considerations.
The winger played in 74 total games for the team's AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans.
In the 55 games that he has appeared in this season, Cederqvist has scored nine goals and added 11 assists.
Throughout his career with Rochester, he has scored 24 points. Cederqvist added three points in eight postseason contests in 2023 for the Americans.
