BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres announced on Sunday that the team is loaning goaltender Devon Levi to the Rochester Americans as the team goes into the all-star break.
Eric Comrie has been recalled to the Sabres after recording a .934 save percentage and a 3-1-0 record in four starts since being assigned to Rochester.
Levi was recently loaned to Rochester on Jan. 20 and made 14 saves in the American's 7-3 win over the Springfield Thunderbirds. Comrie backed up Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen during the Sabres 3-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. Then Comrie was sent back to the Amerks while the Sabres went out west for a three-game road trip.
The Sabres will return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 6 when they host the Dallas Stars at 7 p.m.
