BUFFALO, N.Y. — A popular jersey will return for 15 games next season at KeyBank Center.
The Buffalo Sabres on Wednesday announced that their alternate jersey — the goathead jersey — will return to the ice. Its first appearance will be Oct. 26.
In fact, six of the 15 designated goathead games will be on Fridays. Here's the complete list:

- Friday, Nov. 1, 7 p.m. vs. New York Islanders (Hockey Fights Cancer)

- Friday, Dec. 20, 7 p.m. vs. Toronto Maple Leafs

- Monday, Jan. 6, 7 p.m. vs. Washington Capitals
- Friday, Jan. 17, 7 p.m. vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
