The following players have been released by the team:

- S Kareem Jackson
- WR Xavier Johnson
- DE Kingsley Jonathan

The Bills also placed the following three players on injured reserve:
- OL Travis Clayton
- RB Darrynton Evans

In addition, the team announced a trade with the New York Jets. The Bills acquired cornerback/returner Brandon Codrington and a 2026 7th-round pick from the Jets for a 2026 6th-round pick.
