CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Kansas City Chiefs fans are getting quite the welcome to Buffalo.
First, there was the viral video of a Southwest Airlines employee who played the Bills "Shout" song as fans recently arrived at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
Not all Chiefs fans were treated to a Bills staple upon arrival, but they are here, and they are ready for Sunday's game, which kicks off at 4:25 p.m. at Highmark Stadium.
2 On Your Side spoke with one family sporting Chiefs colors after they flew into town. The Raiche family won tickets to the game, and they said they're not intimidated by Bills Mafia.
While every game at Highmark Stadium provides an economic boost for local business owners, this game will be a little different, with the potential for more out of town fans.
From people working at parking lots to restaurants, and hotels to transportation services, Western New York is expected to stay busy this weekend.
"We sell so many chicken wings on a football Sunday, it’s insane. We're prepared for it. We're ready for it," Mark Ebeling, the owner of Danny’s Restaurant in Orchard Park, told 2 On Your Side's Chelsea Swift. "The help in the kitchen has been here forever, so everybody is excited about football Sundays."
