Picked off: Josh Allen's streak without an interception ends in Seattle

Going into the Week 8 game, Allen had completed 119 of 189 passes for 1,483 yards, 12 touchdowns, and no interceptions.

SEATTLE — Josh Allen's much-talked-about run of not throwing an interception is now a thing of the past.

The Bills quarterback threw the pick on a third-and-3 from the Buffalo 37 midway through the second quarter of Sunday's game in Seattle. Cornerback Josh Jobe made the interception at the Buffalo 40, then returned it 33 yards, giving the Seahawks a prime opportunity to score and take the lead.

Instead, the Bills defense held strong and forced a turnover on downs and kept their 7-3 lead.

Going into the Week 8 game, Allen had completed 119 of 189 passes for 1,483 yards, 12 touchdowns, and no interceptions. That was good for a passer rating of 108.4.

Turnovers had been a big talking point last season, when Allen threw 18 interceptions and finished fifth in the NFL's Most Valuable Player race.

The interception on Sunday came on his 15th pass attempt.
