ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills receiver room is running thin in Week 10 in Orchard Park as several of Josh Allen's main targets are still working to get healthy and back into game action.
The team's rookie receiver, Keon Coleman, who suffered a wrist/hand injury against the Dolphins in Week 9, did not practice on Thursday for the second straight day. However, Coleman was seen on the field for the stretching portion of practice and did participate in some work off to the sideline with trainers.
The group's newest member, veteran receiver Amari Cooper, who missed last week's matchup against the Dolphins with a wrist injury, did participate in practice in a limited fashion for the second time this week. Cooper said after practice that he is taking the process one day at a time.
"It's always frustrating when you are not able to play, that's what we do," Cooper said.
So what would hold him back from playing against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday?
"Any time you get hurt there's obviously some pain there, so I guess the pain threshold would be the best answer for that," Cooper admitted.
Adding to the list of injuries in the receiver room, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel were also both limited at practice on Thursday. The pair were seen in red non-contact jerseys during the portion of practice open to the media.
Bills coach Sean McDermott said on Wednesday that no one, including Coleman, has been ruled out for game action this week yet.
The Bills final injury report will be posted on Friday ahead of the team's week 10 matchup against the Colts on Sunday in Indianapolis.
