ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills, for the first time this year, will go with a Color Rush look.
The Bills announced Wednesday that they will don white helmets, blue jerseys, and blue pants when they visit the New York Jets. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. Monday.
While many NFL teams reveal classic or alternate uniform combinations for a game or two well before the season begins, the Bills usually announce what they will wear days ahead of each game.
If you're superstitious in any way, we'll be keeping track of the Bills record in various jersey combinations this season.
Here's the standings after five games:
- White helmets, blue jerseys, white pants: 2-0
- White helmets, white jerseys, blue pants: 1-1
- White helmets, white jerseys, white pants: 0-1
Buffalo is about to end a three-game road swing: at Baltimore in Week 4, at Houston in Week 5, and at New York to play the Jets in Week 6. The Bills lost to the Ravens 35-10, then to the Texans 23-20.
