Bills Mafia travels to Baltimore for Sunday Night Football matchup with Ravens

Many members of Bills Mafia flocked to The Admirals Cup, the Bills Backers bar in Baltimore, with fans excited to see the Bills take on the Ravens in prime time.

BALTIMORE — The Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens meet on Sunday Night Football with a quarterback matchup worthy of the prime-time spotlight.

Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson are set to do battle on the Ravens home turf.

In classic Bills Mafia fashion, plenty of Bills fans have made the trip to Baltimore to watch between two of the AFC's top contenders in recent years.

"The game, why not? A trip to Baltimore, it's a great time, good time in the harbor, lots of Bills fans, and watch the Bills win," Thomas Suffoletto, a Bills fan from Orchard Park, told 2 On Your Side.

Added Jessica Potter, also a Bills fan from Orchard Park: "Bills travel well, so we knew it was going to be a good party and we'd be in good company. We heard that Baltimore has a huge Bills following, and so we were excited to be part of that."

Many of those fans are getting together this weekend at The Admiral's Cup, the Charm City Bills Backers bar for Bills fans in Baltimore.

Darin Mislan is one of the owners of the The Admiral's Cup, and says he himself has become a Bills fan despite being from Philadelphia after seeing how Bills fans have increasingly made a home in his Baltimore bar.

"Started with 20-25 people, and now every weekend, on a regular weekend, we'll have 200-plus Bills fans," Mislan said.

For Potter, this weekend is the latest example of the unique attachment Bills fans have with their team.

"The Bills mean a lot to the people of Buffalo," Potter said. "It's like a small big city, where everybody knows each other. The Bills bring everybody together, so that's why I think we travel really, really well. When you show up to a Bills tailgate, even if you are at an away game, it feels like you are at home, so I think that's what makes it special."

Bills Mafia hopes to see a repeat of what happened the last time the Bills visited Baltimore, a 23-20 win two seasons ago, with positivity abounding among the Bills fans in Baltimore.

"There's a lot more feel of like, they can do anything," Suffoletto said. "They can make it happen, they can do anything."
