Bills injury update: Several players remain out, Douglas and Dodson return to practice

The team held practice Wednesday as it prepared for its second playoff game against the Chiefs on Sunday.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills held a walk-through practice on Wednesday as the team prepares for their upcoming playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

Buffalo coach Sean McDermott announced that Christian Benford, Terrel Bernard, Gabe Davis, Sam Martin, Taylor Rapp, and Baylon Spector did not practice as they continue to deal with injuries.

Taron Johnson remains in concussion protocol but is considered limited according to McDermott.

"We'll take it one day at a time on the guys that aren't practicing and continue to just see how they progress," McDermott said. "In terms of return to play, we'll just have to see how it goes today and go from there."

Rasul Douglas and Tyrel Dodson were participating in practice Wednesday in some capacity.

Jordan Phillips' window also opened up this week, but McDermott says he is not able to return right now.
