Running back Ty Johnson is in concussion protocol,, and left tackle Dion Dawkins will be limited in Wednesdays workout with a hand laceration he suffered in Sunday night's win.
Pass rushers Leonard Floyd and Von Miller are on standard veteran rest days.
The first injury report of the week will be officially released Wednesday afternoon.
The Bills won five straight games to close the regular season to secure a fourth straight AFC East title, and the two seed in the conference playoffs.
As a result, they host the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at 1:00pm.
