BUFFALO, N.Y. — Blood donors are needed now more than ever. To encourage more people to help the good cause, the Buffalo Sabres have teamed up with ConnectLife for the month of December.
Those who make blood donations in December will receive a voucher to redeem online for 2 tickets to an upcoming home game.

"Their consistent positive impact on countless lives in our community is truly inspiring, and we are honored to once again join forces with them for this event."
ConnectLife is WNY's only community blood bank that supplies more than 70% of blood donations to local hospitals in the area.
December donors will also be entered for a Sabres game day experience which includes four 100-level tickets and passes to the hallway where players walk out. The experience also features a ride on a zamboni, and a prize pack with an autographed mini helmet.
On December, 13 from noon - 6:00 pm there will also be a blood drive at KeyBank where people can come help save lives by making a donation.
