NCAA Women: Buffalo 81, Ohio 63
The University at Buffalo women wrapped up a two-game road trip in Ohio on Wednesday night with an 81-63 win over the Bobcats.
Ohio had the lead for the majority of the first half, but Buffalo put up a 32-point performance in the third quarter to help lift the Bulls to their fifth conference win of the season.
Chellia Watson led the offense for UB with 27 points, nine rebounds, and went 11-20 on field goals.
Buffalo will host Eastern Michigan on Saturday evening. Tip-off against the Eagles is scheduled for 6 p.m.
NCAA Women: Davidson 65, St. Bonaventure 57
St. Bonaventure women looking to snap an eight-game losing streak but fell just short to the Wildcats' 65-57.
The Bonas couldn't grab the lead from Davidson despite outscoring them in the second half. A 36-point performance by the Wildcats in the first half would help lift them to their fifth conference win of the season
Dani Haskell topped the box score for the Bonnies with 21 points, going 7-11 on field goals and 4-5 on three-pointers.
St. Bonaventure will begin a two-game road trip on Wednesday with their first stop being at George Washington. Tip-off against the Revolutionaries is scheduled for 6 p.m.
